EL PARADISE BEACH & POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
1. GENERAL RULES

All guests must comply with posted rules and instructions from our camp representative and staff.

Use of the beach and swimming pool is at your own risk unless. There is not lifeguard on duty.

Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Cotton clothing and street wear are not allowed in the pool.

Wash your feed before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.
-
Glass bottles, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
2. CHILD SAFETY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

Children below 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

Children who cannot swim must wear approved flotation devices (life vests or floaters).
-
Running, pushing, or rough play is strictly prohibited in pool and beach areas.
-
Do not leave children unattended near water — even for a short time.
⚠️ WARNING: Drowning can occur silently and in seconds. Constant supervision is required.
3. SWIMMING POOL RULES ( No Lifeguards at the resort)

No diving in shallow areas. 5 feet deep only.

No jumping from pool edges unless in designated zones.
-
No horseplay, dunking, or breath-holding contests.
-
Persons with open wounds, infections, or contagious illnesses are not allowed in the pool.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool area.
-
Pool hours must be strictly observed.
4. BEACH RULES
-
Swim only close to the shore areas that is safe for swimming.
-
Be aware of tides, currents, and weather conditions.
-
Do not swim during rough seas, strong currents, or when warning flags are raised.
-
Do not litter — keep the beach clean at all times.
-
Respect marine life; do not disturb or collect sea creatures.
-
No swimming at night. You will be responsible for your own risk when swimming at night.
5. ALCOHOL & CONDUCT

Intoxicated persons or under the influence of drugs are not allowed to swim.
-
Disorderly conduct, loud behavior, or unsafe actions may result in removal from the premises.

Follow all instructions from safety personnel immediately.
6. EMERGENCY & LIABILITY
-
In case of emergency, notify staff immediately.
-
Please note that this beach camp is in a remote place and doctors and hospitals are not available at the site due to transportation limitation.
-
First aid kits are limited on-site so please make sure that you follow the safety reminders.
-
Management shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings due to negligence or failure to follow rules.
7. PENALTIES
Violation of any rules may result in:

Warning

Temporary suspension of access

Permanent banning from the premises

Always stay within arm’s reach of young children

Assign a “designated watcher” during group outings
-
Avoid distractions (phones, alcohol) while supervising kids
Please read this Rules and Regulations before proceeding to the beach camp. Every guests will be asked to read and sign this document at the site before acceptance to stay in the beach camp.
